Heat your oven to 350°F and get it ready.

Grab a medium bowl and whisk together the cassava flour, cacao powder, salt, and baking soda.

Pour in the water, maple syrup, sunflower seed butter, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar. Stir it all up with a spatula until it’s smooth.

Pop a silicone donut mold onto a baking tray. Spoon the batter into the mold, filling each section close to the top for 6 donuts.

Put the donuts in the middle of your oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F.

Take the donuts out and let them cool for about 5 minutes in the mold. Then move them to a cooling rack.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil. Once it's melted, stir in the sunflower seed butter until smooth.

Pour the melted glaze into a bowl. Dip each donut in the glaze and add any toppings you like (nuts, sprinkles, seeds, etc.).
