Nutella Cookie Delight (Printable Version)

A rich, gooey dessert made with Nutella and soft cookie dough.

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1/3 cup white sugar
02 - 2 1/2 cups plain flour
03 - 1 cup browned unsalted butter
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 2/3 cup brown sugar, tightly packed
06 - 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
07 - 1 cup chocolate chips

→ Filling

08 - 1/2 cup Nutella (or more if you really love it)

→ Topping (Optional)

09 - 1/4 cup chocolate chips for sprinkling on top

# Steps:

01 - Heat butter in a pot and stir until it turns golden and smells nutty. Let it sit for a bit to cool off.
02 - Combine both sugars and eggs in a bowl. Whip everything together until you get a fluffy, smooth mixture.
03 - Pour the cooled butter and vanilla into the whisked sugar mix. Blend until well mixed.
04 - Slowly work in the flour, stirring carefully. Don't stir too much—just until it's mixed.
05 - Add the chocolate chips and gently blend them into the dough.
06 - Either grease your pie dish lightly or cover it with parchment paper.
07 - Spread half the cookie dough in the pan as a base. Cover it evenly with Nutella. Top with the rest of the dough, pressing the edges to seal. Sprinkle on extra chocolate chips if you’ve got them.
08 - Bake at 350°F (180°C) for around 35–40 minutes, until the edges turn golden while the middle stays soft.
09 - Leave it to cool for about 20 minutes. Enjoy it warm with some ice cream or a drizzle of melted chocolate.
