Christmas M&M Cheesecake (Printable Version)

Creamy cheesecake layered with edible cookie dough and M&M candies, perfect for sharing during holiday get-togethers.

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough Layer

01 - 50g red and green M&M's
02 - 150g toasted all-purpose flour
03 - 120g browned butter
04 - 40g regular sugar
05 - 50g soft brown sugar
06 - ½ tbsp milk powder (optional)
07 - 60g of whole milk

→ Cheesecake Layer

08 - 3 eggs
09 - 450g of smooth cream cheese
10 - 40g cornstarch
11 - 150g Greek yogurt
12 - 150g sugar
13 - 50g heavy cream

→ Toppings

14 - 100g melted white chocolate
15 - 25g of festive M&M's
16 - Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Lightly toast your flour to remove bacteria, then sift well to fluff it up.
02 - Warm butter until it smells nutty and turns golden brown. Let it cool.
03 - Combine the butter, sugars, milk, toasted flour, and M&M's. Press about 3/4 of this mixture into your pan, then chill.
04 - Mix cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add sugar, eggs, and cream, beating until smooth.
05 - Mix cornstarch into the Greek yogurt, then gently stir into your cheesecake batter.
06 - Pour cheesecake batter on top of the chilled cookie base. Put small pieces of extra cookie dough on top and bake for an hour at 175°C. Leave in the oven to cool, then chill overnight.
07 - Drizzle the cheesecake with melted white chocolate, scatter M&M's on top, and add rosemary if you'd like.
08 - Slice it in portions and enjoy every creamy bite!
