Lightly toast your flour to remove bacteria, then sift well to fluff it up.

Warm butter until it smells nutty and turns golden brown. Let it cool.

Combine the butter, sugars, milk, toasted flour, and M&M's. Press about 3/4 of this mixture into your pan, then chill.

Mix cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add sugar, eggs, and cream, beating until smooth.

Mix cornstarch into the Greek yogurt, then gently stir into your cheesecake batter.

Pour cheesecake batter on top of the chilled cookie base. Put small pieces of extra cookie dough on top and bake for an hour at 175°C. Leave in the oven to cool, then chill overnight.

Drizzle the cheesecake with melted white chocolate, scatter M&M's on top, and add rosemary if you'd like.
