Candy Bar Fudge (Printable Version)

Creamy fudge packed with Milky Way pieces and optional caramel on top. Super easy, no need to bake, and great for gifting during the holidays!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
02 - ¼ cup unsalted butter
03 - 1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
04 - 3 cups (18 oz) of semi-sweet chocolate chips
05 - ¼ cup caramel topping (optional for drizzling)
06 - 4 full-size Milky Way bars, diced into chunks

# Steps:

01 - Take an 8x8 inch pan and line it with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over for effortless lifting later.
02 - Toss the chocolate chips, butter, and condensed milk into a medium pot. Warm it up on low heat, stirring all the time until you’ve got a smooth, blended mixture. Take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla.
03 - Keep aside ¼ of the diced Milky Way pieces. Quickly mix the rest into the still-warm chocolate mixture.
04 - Pour the fudge mix into the pan you prepped earlier. Smooth it flat with a spatula, then push the saved Milky Way chunks onto the top. Add a drizzle of caramel topping if you’d like.
05 - Let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until it’s firm. Use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out and cut it into small squares. Use an airtight container to store it.

# Notes:

01 - For sharper cuts, rinse your knife under warm water and dry it off before each slice.
02 - It can sit at room temperature for up to a week, or you can refrigerate it for two weeks tops.
03 - Prefer a firmer texture? Keep your fudge in the fridge.
04 - Switch up the flavor by using Snickers, Twix, or a different candy bar if you like.
