Heat the oven to 450°F. If you’re using boxed mac and cheese, just follow the directions on the box. For homemade, boil 2 cups of elbow pasta, mix with a yummy cheese sauce, then stir in 3 slices of American cheese and ¼ cup of milk. Let it all melt together on low heat.
02 -
Grab that pizza crust and coat it lightly with ¼ cup of olive oil. This will make sure the crust comes out extra crisp and golden.
03 -
Scoop your cheesy mac mixture onto the crust. Smooth it out so it’s nice and even all over.
04 -
Scatter ½ cup of shredded colby jack cheese over the macaroni. It’ll melt and hold everything together perfectly.
05 -
Pop it into the oven at 450°F for 7-10 minutes. Take it out when the cheese is bubbling and just starting to brown. Let it cool a little, slice it up, and dig in!
