Mac & Cheese on Pizza (Printable Version)

A fun and cheesy mashup of pizza and macaroni with colby jack, American cheese, and golden baked perfection.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 3 slices of American cheese
02 - 2 cups of macaroni and cheese (store-bought works too!)
03 - ½ cup of shredded colby jack cheese
04 - ¼ cup of milk
05 - ¼ cup of olive oil
06 - 1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade if you’re feeling fancy)

→ Optional Add-ins for Extra Flavor

07 - Chopped green onions for a bright, fresh pop
08 - Some diced jalapeños for heat
09 - Crunchy bacon crumbles

# Steps:

01 - Heat the oven to 450°F. If you’re using boxed mac and cheese, just follow the directions on the box. For homemade, boil 2 cups of elbow pasta, mix with a yummy cheese sauce, then stir in 3 slices of American cheese and ¼ cup of milk. Let it all melt together on low heat.
02 - Grab that pizza crust and coat it lightly with ¼ cup of olive oil. This will make sure the crust comes out extra crisp and golden.
03 - Scoop your cheesy mac mixture onto the crust. Smooth it out so it’s nice and even all over.
04 - Scatter ½ cup of shredded colby jack cheese over the macaroni. It’ll melt and hold everything together perfectly.
05 - Pop it into the oven at 450°F for 7-10 minutes. Take it out when the cheese is bubbling and just starting to brown. Let it cool a little, slice it up, and dig in!
