Grab a 9x13 dish, spray it lightly with cooking spray, and place graham crackers across the bottom to cover it completely.

Mix milk and pudding mix in a big bowl, whipping it for 2 minutes until it's nice and thick. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until it's combined.

Spread half of the filling over the bottom graham cracker layer. Add another set of graham crackers on top, cover them with the remaining filling, and then finish with a graham cracker layer at the top.

Microwave the lemon frosting for 30-40 seconds so it becomes pourable. Pour it over the top graham crackers and spread it evenly across.

Pop the dish into the fridge, cover it, and let it sit for at least 12 hours (overnight works great). This'll give the crackers time to soften and soak up all the flavors.
