# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 2 spoons of white sugar
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
03 - 1 and 3/4 cups of crushed graham crackers

→ Filling

04 - 4 yolks from large eggs
05 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice
06 - 6 ounces of softened cream cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon finely grated lime peel
08 - 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk

→ Topping

09 - 2 small spoons grated lime peel
10 - 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
11 - 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil and give it a light grease.
02 - Combine the graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Spread evenly in the pan and bake for 10 mins.
03 - In a medium-sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Slowly mix in the condensed milk until creamy.
04 - Blend the egg yolks into the mixture one by one.
05 - Mix in the fresh lime zest and juice gently.
06 - Pour the creamy filling over the baked crust. Bake for 30 mins, then let it cool fully and refrigerate for 2 hours.
07 - Whip the cream with powdered sugar until peaks form. Top each piece with cream and lime peel before serving.

# Notes:

01 - These desserts have a rich, zesty lime center and a sweet base made from graham crackers.
02 - If key limes are hard to find, regular lime juice works fine, but the taste will slightly differ.
