# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 oz cream cheese, chopped into pieces
02 - 16 oz bag of frozen corn (about 1 bag)
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 2 tablespoons salted butter

# Steps:

01 - Put the butter in a medium pan over medium heat. Let it melt and spread evenly across the bottom to stop sticking.
02 - Once the butter has melted fully, pour in the honey and give it a good stir until both are mixed well. It'll create a sweet base.
03 - Toss the frozen corn into the skillet. Stir to coat all the pieces in the buttery mixture, and cook for around 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
04 - On low heat, add the cream cheese pieces. Stir gently as they melt and blend into the corn, making it smooth and creamy.
05 - Let everything simmer together for 2-3 more minutes, giving it the occasional stir. Once it’s warm and blended to your liking, serve it hot and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Swap frozen corn: Use canned or fresh corn if you like. Fresh corn has a slightly firmer bite and takes a few extra minutes to soften.
02 - Want some spice? Toss in a pinch of crushed red pepper or black pepper to cut through the sweetness.
03 - Try fresh herbs: Sprinkle parsley or chives on top for a pop of color and flavor.
