01 -
Turn the oven to 400°F. Grab a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper to stop sticking.
02 -
Toss the chicken strips into a medium bowl with the flour. Stir to coat every piece well.
03 -
In a big bowl, mix crushed corn flakes, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir it all up so the seasoning spreads evenly.
04 -
Beat the eggs and milk in a small bowl until it's smooth and combined.
05 -
After coating the chicken in flour, dip them into the egg wash. Let extra liquid fall off, then coat them with the corn flake mixture. Press gently to make it stick.
06 -
Spread the breaded strips on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, turn them, then bake another 10 minutes for even crisping.
07 -
While the strips bake, put BBQ sauce, honey, and ketchup in a small pan. Cook on medium-low, stirring every now and then for about 6-7 minutes.
08 -
Pull chicken out of the oven and wait 3-4 minutes. Coat the strips in warm BBQ sauce until evenly covered, then dig in right away!
