Golden-baked chicken strips coated in crushed corn flakes and drizzled with sweet honey BBQ sauce. Way better than delivery.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken needs

01 - Cut 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts into strips
02 - 1 cup regular flour
03 - 3 big eggs
04 - ¼ cup full-fat milk

→ Crunchy breading

05 - 5 cups crushed corn flakes cereal
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - ½ teaspoon paprika powder

→ Sauce blend

10 - 1½ cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
11 - ½ cup honey
12 - ½ cup tomato ketchup

# Steps:

01 - Turn the oven to 400°F. Grab a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper to stop sticking.
02 - Toss the chicken strips into a medium bowl with the flour. Stir to coat every piece well.
03 - In a big bowl, mix crushed corn flakes, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir it all up so the seasoning spreads evenly.
04 - Beat the eggs and milk in a small bowl until it's smooth and combined.
05 - After coating the chicken in flour, dip them into the egg wash. Let extra liquid fall off, then coat them with the corn flake mixture. Press gently to make it stick.
06 - Spread the breaded strips on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, turn them, then bake another 10 minutes for even crisping.
07 - While the strips bake, put BBQ sauce, honey, and ketchup in a small pan. Cook on medium-low, stirring every now and then for about 6-7 minutes.
08 - Pull chicken out of the oven and wait 3-4 minutes. Coat the strips in warm BBQ sauce until evenly covered, then dig in right away!

# Notes:

01 - For crushing corn flakes, use a food processor or seal them in a bag and smash with a rolling pin.
02 - Letting the chicken cool briefly before saucing keeps it crispy longer.
03 - Want more sauce? Make some extra for dipping—up to you!
