01 -
Stir together mayo, mustard, and a hint of dill weed in a small bowl. Pop it in the fridge until you’re ready to use.
02 -
Melt one part of the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Toss in the onion slices with salt. Stir them now and then until they look golden. Set them aside after cooking.
03 -
In the same pan, melt more butter. Pour in the whisked eggs and stir them around until they're set but still soft. Split them into two portions for later.
04 -
Mix the shaved beef in a bowl with Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning till it’s fully coated.
05 -
Use the rest of the butter to grease your skillet again. Stir-fry the seasoned beef over medium heat until it turns brown and cooks through.
06 -
Throw the onions back in the skillet with the steak. Split the mixture into two, placing a cheese slice over each half to let it melt.
07 -
Get the cut sides of your bagels golden and crispy. Use the pan, a toaster, or even a griddle to do the trick.
08 -
Spread the sauce on both toasted bagel sides. Layer on the eggs first, followed by the cheesy steak-and-onion mix. Close with the other bagel half and dig in right away.
