Fast Garlic Chili Fix (Printable Version)

Quick and easy spicy sauce with garlic and chilies. Adjust the spice to suit your liking.

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - Adjust spice by using 5-6 fresh red chilies
02 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon of white or rice vinegar
04 - 1 tablespoon of vegetable or olive oil
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (add more if needed)
06 - 1/2 teaspoon optional sugar

# Steps:

01 - Throw the chilies, garlic, vinegar, salt, and optional sugar into a blender or food processor. Make it smooth by blending it well.
02 - Pour some oil into a pan and warm it over medium heat. Carefully add the blended paste. Stir every so often and cook for 3-4 minutes to bring out the flavors.
03 - After cooking, allow the sauce to cool before using or storing.

01 - Tweak the amount of chilies for less or more heat
02 - It works great as a base for other sauces
03 - Keep it fresh by storing in a sealed container
