Romantic Heart Treats (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownies

01 - 2 cups white sugar
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 2/3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 cup butter, melted

→ Toppings

08 - 1/4 cup heart-shaped sprinkles, multi-colored
09 - 1 cup candy melts, pink

# Steps:

01 - Turn on the oven to 325°F. Use parchment to line a 9x13 pan.
02 - Combine the sugar with the melted butter. Add the eggs and vanilla. Slowly stir in the cocoa, salt, and flour until blended.
03 - Spread the mix evenly in your prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. A toothpick should come out without batter. Let it cool off.
04 - Use a heart-shaped cutter to make brownie hearts. Melt the candy in a microwave in short bursts. Drizzle over the brownies and sprinkle on the decorations.
