Heat your oven to 350°F. Either butter the inside of a 9x13-inch dish or use parchment paper to line it.

Lay the pizza dough flat on a cutting board and stretch the edges to make a clean rectangle.

Evenly spread 12 slices of ham on the dough, then layer with 9 to 12 slices of Swiss cheese.

Roll the dough tightly from the shorter side. Cut the roll in half, and then cut each half into 6 pieces, making 12 slices total. Place the rounds in the baking dish.

Bake the dough for about 15 minutes.

In a small dish, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and poppy seeds, if you're using those.

Take the cooked rolls out of the oven and coat them with the sauce mixture. Pop them back in for another 10 minutes or until they're golden brown on top.

Let the rolls cool for about 5 minutes in the pan before serving them warm.
