# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/4 cup melted butter
02 - 1 lb baby potatoes, chopped into quarters
03 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
04 - 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
05 - 1/2 tsp paprika powder
06 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your liking
07 - 4 minced garlic cloves
08 - 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley leaves
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional topping)

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F. Tear out 4 big sheets of foil, about 12 inches on each side.
02 - Coat your potatoes in garlic, spices, and half of the butter. Lay them out on the foil pieces.
03 - Place strips of steak over potatoes, pour the rest of the butter, and sprinkle mozzarella if you want.
04 - Tightly fold each foil into a pouch, but make sure to leave room for air to circulate inside.
05 - Pop the packs in for about 25 to 30 minutes. Check to make sure the steak is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
06 - Sprinkle everything with fresh parsley and dig in while it's hot. Cleanup's super easy!

# Notes:

01 - You can toss these on a grill with medium-high heat for around 20-25 minutes instead of baking.
02 - Want medium-rare steak? Keep strips thick. For well-done, slice them thinner.
03 - You can prep these foil packets early and keep them in the fridge until it's time to bake or grill.
