Garlic Parmesan Crispy Chicken (Printable Version)

Juicy chicken breasts with a crunchy garlic-parmesan crust. Cooked to a golden finish, pan-fried or baked.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
02 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
03 - 2 beaten eggs, large

→ Coating

04 - Breadcrumbs (Panko recommended), 1/2 cup
05 - Parmesan cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
06 - Salt and pepper as needed
07 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
08 - Optional: 1 teaspoon Italian spices

# Steps:

01 - Turn your oven to 400°F to preheat it, or flatten the chicken if it’s uneven.
02 - In one bowl, whisk eggs. In a second bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, seasoning, and salt and pepper.
03 - Cover chicken breasts in eggs, then press into the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
04 - Cook chicken until golden and reaches 165°F. Bake it for 20–25 minutes or pan-fry each side for 4–5 minutes.

01 - Works well if baked or fried in a pan
02 - Crunchier texture comes from Panko breadcrumbs
03 - Let the chicken cool briefly before serving
