Tangy Honey Chicken (Printable Version)

Juicy chicken slathered in a tasty honey-mustard-garlic glaze. It’s a great mix of sweet, tangy, and savory!

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 1/4 cup of honey
02 - 2 tbsp of whole grain mustard
03 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
05 - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
06 - Salt and pepper, depending on taste
07 - 2 tbsp of olive oil
08 - 1 tbsp soy sauce

→ Chicken

09 - 4 chicken thighs or breasts without skin and bones

→ Garnish

10 - Chopped parsley for topping

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and vinegar until smooth.
02 - Sprinkle chicken with some salt and pepper. Place it in a dish and pour sauce over, covering evenly. Let it sit for half an hour.
03 - Heat oven to 375°F. Bake for about 25–30 minutes. Make sure chicken hits 165°F inside. Spoon sauce over halfway through.
04 - Use a skillet with oil to cook chicken, about 6–8 minutes each side. Toss the rest of the sauce in at the end to coat it.
05 - Move chicken to your serving plate. Drizzle remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with parsley to finish.
