Prepare the linguine in salted boiling water as the package suggests. Drain water and leave the pasta aside.

Put a tablespoon of butter in a hot skillet. Sprinkle pepper and salt on the steak, cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until medium-rare. Let it rest and then slice thin pieces.

With the same skillet, toss in the second tablespoon of butter. Sauté the garlic for a minute until you notice a nice smell.

Pour cream into the pan along with Parmesan, red flakes, and black pepper. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes to thicken a bit.

Put the cooked linguine in the pan, stirring so all the pasta gets well-coated with the creamy sauce.

Serve the noodles on plates and arrange the sliced steak on top. Enjoy while it's hot.
