Garlicky Shrimp Delight (Printable Version)

Tender shrimp sautéed in garlic butter with a spicy kick and fresh parsley. On the table in less than 20 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound jumbo or large shrimp, peeled
02 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, adjust as needed
03 - 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasonings

05 - 1/4 cup parsley, chopped fresh
06 - 6 garlic cloves, finely minced
07 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
08 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

# Steps:

01 - Melt butter with oil in a large pan on medium heat. Toss shrimp in and cook on both sides for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Sprinkle with salt.
02 - Toss in garlic and chili flakes, stirring for half a minute until fragrant.
03 - Mix in the remaining butter, parsley, and lemon juice. Switch off the heat and serve straight away.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh shrimp should smell lightly of the ocean
02 - Tastes best when eaten immediately
03 - Stays fresh in the fridge for 2-3 days
04 - Can be stored frozen for 3-4 months
