Tender sausage cooked in garlic butter, paired with pasta drenched in a smooth Parmesan cream sauce. Simple to make and ready in just over half an hour!

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter Sausage Bites

01 - Fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
02 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
03 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
04 - 3 tbsp butter
05 - Salt and black pepper, to preference
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil
07 - 1 lb sausage (smoked or Italian), sliced

→ Creamy Parmesan Pasta

08 - 1½ cups creamy heavy whipping cream
09 - Fresh parsley, for topping
10 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
11 - Salt, adjusted to your taste
12 - 1 tsp powdered garlic
13 - 12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
14 - 2 tbsp butter
15 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Pour a bit of olive oil into a big frying pan and warm it up over medium heat. Cook the sausage slices until both sides are browned, roughly 4-5 minutes. Take them out once done and set them aside for later.
02 - Toss butter into the same skillet, letting it melt on medium heat. Stir in the chopped garlic and let it heat for a minute or two until it smells amazing. Add the sausage back and stir it around until every piece is buttery. Sprinkle on Italian seasoning, plus some salt and pepper. For a final touch, sprinkle chopped parsley before taking it off the heat.
03 - Fill a big pot with salted water and bring it to a rapid boil. Cook your pasta following the package’s timing until it’s just firm enough (al dente). Drain the water out and leave the pasta ready for the next step.
04 - Melt the butter in a roomy saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the whipping cream and garlic powder, keeping it smooth. Slowly add in Parmesan cheese, whisking as you go, until everything blends into a silky, cheesy sauce. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
05 - Stir your cooked pasta into the Parmesan sauce, mixing until all of it is coated with the creamy goodness.
06 - Spoon the buttery sausage bites over the creamy pasta, then finish with extra Parmesan and parsley for a bright garnish.

# Notes:

01 - If you want a richer flavor, add a splash of chicken broth or white wine while you cook the sausage.
02 - Consider swapping out the sausage for shrimp or chicken if you’d like a different twist.
03 - It’s best to eat this dish fresh, but leftovers stay good for 3 days in the fridge as long as they’re in a sealed container.
04 - When warming up leftovers, try adding a little bit of milk or cream to bring back the sauce’s creamy texture.
