Chicken in Garlic Butter Pasta (Printable Version)

Tender chicken in garlic butter paired with creamy parmesan pasta.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - Salt and pepper as needed
07 - 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into small chunks

→ Pasta & Sauce

08 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
09 - 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (plus extra to top)
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 300g (10 oz) pasta of your choice
12 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
13 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
14 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated

# Steps:

01 - Boil pasta in salty water as directed on the package. Once done, drain it and leave it aside.
02 - Sprinkle chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken till golden brown, then melt butter in it. Toss in garlic and stir for another minute or so.
03 - Using the same pan, combine garlic and melted butter. Stir in cream and let it bubble softly. Mix in Parmesan and herbs, stirring until it thickens up.
04 - Mix the pasta into the prepared sauce along with some parsley. Add the chicken on top and finish with extra parsley if you like.

# Notes:

01 - For better flavor, use real Parmesan you grate yourself.
02 - Want more spice? Sprinkle some chili flakes in.
03 - Swap chicken with shrimp or tofu for something different.
