Garlic bread carved out, loaded with cheesy pasta, and full of homemade meat sauce including sausage and beef. Baked until oozy and golden.

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 16 oz loaf of Italian bread
02 - Butter and garlic powder for spreading

→ Meat Sauce

03 - 1 medium onion, chopped
04 - 1 lb sausage, ground
05 - 1 lb ground beef
06 - 6 oz can tomato paste
07 - 16 oz can of tomato sauce

→ Pasta & Cheese

08 - ⅔ cup mozzarella, split in two portions
09 - 7 oz dry spaghetti
10 - ½ cup Parmesan, divided

→ Seasonings

11 - ½ tsp minced garlic
12 - A pinch of salt plus 1 tsp
13 - 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, heaping
14 - ½ tsp black pepper, ground

# Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F to get it ready. Get spaghetti boiling in a big pot until it’s just tender enough. Drain it and set aside.
02 - Cook up sausage and ground beef together in a large skillet on medium heat. Toss in the onion while it’s cooking. Drain any grease once the meat is browned, then throw it back in. Add the tomato paste, sauce, garlic, seasonings, salt, and pepper. Stir it all together. Let it simmer for 5-8 minutes before mixing the cooked pasta in. Take off the heat.
03 - Slice the Italian bread loaf along the middle to make two long halves. Take out the soft middle to make space for stuffing. Brush the inside with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder. Toast it until just golden in the oven.
04 - After the bread is toasted, pack each hollowed section with the spaghetti and meat mixture. Sprinkle both cheeses over the top, splitting them evenly between the two halves.
05 - Place the stuffed bread back in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Pull it out and slice the loaf carefully with a bread knife. Enjoy!
