Frozen Berry Blend (Printable Version)

A chilled mix of frozen berries, Greek yogurt, mango, and apple juice. Ideal as a quick breakfast or healthy daytime drink.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups of apple juice
02 - 2 cups of mixed frozen fruit (like cherries, blueberries, mangoes, or raspberries)
03 - 3/4 cup of vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
04 - Optional: extra fruit or fresh mint leaves for decoration

# Steps:

01 - Throw the juice, yogurt, and fruits into a blender.
02 - Blend everything until it’s nice and smooth.
03 - Split between 2 glasses. Add some mint leaves or more fruit on top if you like.
