Set a sausage on one end of the bread and wrap it up tightly. Repeat with the rest and set them aside.

Pop a griddle or large frying pan on medium heat. Melt a generous dab of butter so it doesn’t stick.

Roll each bread wrap in the egg mix, covering it evenly all over, and pop it onto your hot, buttery pan.

Let them cook for a few minutes per side, turning every so often until the whole roll’s golden. This should take 8-10 minutes total.
