Whisk together eggs, seasoning, and milk in a mixing bowl. Layer a parchment-lined baking dish (33x23 cm or 13x9 in) with the mixture, then put it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) to bake for around 20 minutes.

Mix the beef, sausage, and seasoning in one bowl. Shape into big patties, 5-6 ounces each. Cook the patties in a skillet with a little oil—cook 5 to 6 minutes per side. Make them slightly wider than the muffins since they'll shrink as they cook.

Spread melted butter on the muffins, and toast them in a pan. Drizzle with syrup if you'd like a sweet touch.

Grab a muffin, stack a patty, a square of cheese, and some baked egg on one half. Top with the other muffin half.
