05 - 1 cup almond meal
06 - 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
07 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Chocolate Option

09 - 10 pitted medjool dates
10 - 1 cup almond flour
11 - 1/4 cup cacao powder
12 - 1/3 cup cashew or almond butter
13 - 3 scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder (33g for each scoop)
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
15 - 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk

# Steps:

01 - Drop all the ingredients for the version you picked into a food processor. Blend away till you’ve got a doughy, smooth mix. If making the cookie dough style, fold in the chocolate chips right after blending.
02 - Take chunks of the dough, roll 'em into thick logs, then join the ends together to make them look like donuts.
03 - Pop them into the freezer and leave them to chill for 45 minutes to an hour.
04 - Stir together the glaze ingredients, then dip the donuts into the glaze so they’re covered nicely.
05 - Freeze again for 20-30 minutes so the glaze hardens up. Store them in the fridge or freezer and let them thaw a little before diving in.

# Notes:

01 - There's a bunch of flavor options: cinnamon vanilla, chocolate, cookie dough, samoa, ferrero rocher, and peppermint.
02 - No cooking needed, just some time in the freezer.
03 - They’ll last about a month in the freezer or a week in the fridge.
04 - If frozen, give them a bit to soften before eating.
