Pour 6 cups of Rice Chex into a big bowl and set aside.

Microwave the white chocolate in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring in between, until it’s silky.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cereal, and gently stir until all pieces are covered nicely.

In a different bowl, combine powdered sugar with the dry strawberry cake mix.

Sprinkle the powdered mixture over the chocolate-covered cereal. Toss lightly to coat everything.

Scatter the crushed freeze-dried strawberries over, then mix gently one more time.

Lay the mix on parchment paper. Let it cool completely before storing in a sealed container.
