Breakfast Pizzas on Muffins (Printable Version)

Quick-to-make morning pizzas on halved muffins with cheese, eggs, sausage or bacon, plus veggies for a simple meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
02 - 4 English muffins, halved

→ Toppings

03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
05 - 1/4 cup of chopped bell peppers
06 - 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
07 - 1/2 cup of crumbled cooked sausage or bacon

→ Seasonings

08 - Salt and a dash of pepper
09 - A pinch of dried basil
10 - 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano

# Steps:

01 - Turn on your oven to 375°F (190°C). Get a baking pan ready by covering it with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange the halved English muffins on the baking pan with the cut sides facing up.
03 - Use a spoon to spread some pizza sauce over each muffin.
04 - Layer on shredded cheese, then follow with your sausage or bacon, olives, and bell peppers.
05 - Place the pan in your hot oven and bake for around 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
06 - As the muffins bake, cook your eggs in a skillet the way you like (scrambled, fried, sunny-side up, etc.).
07 - When the muffins are done, put one cooked egg on each muffin half. Sprinkle over basil, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
08 - Serve them immediately while they’re warm and enjoy every bite!
