Garlic Chicken Wraps (Printable Version)

Shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and gooey cheddar all wrapped and grilled till crispy and golden.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Filling

01 - 4 large flour tortillas
02 - 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
03 - ½ cup smooth garlic aioli
04 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or pulled apart

→ Seasonings

05 - Freshly cracked black pepper
06 - Salt, use to taste

# Steps:

01 - Use a medium-sized bowl to mix up your chicken and garlic aioli. Stir well so everything gets coated evenly. Toss in a little salt and pepper to suit your taste buds.
02 - Microwave your tortillas for about 15-20 seconds, or warm them in a dry skillet on both sides for a few seconds. This makes them easier to work with.
03 - Spread about ½ cup of the chicken mixture along the center of a tortilla, leaving a little space near the edges. Sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese on top.
04 - Take the bottom of the tortilla and fold it over the filling. Then bring in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up. Make sure the filling stays snug inside.
05 - Set a big skillet or griddle over medium heat. You won’t need any oil since the tortillas will crisp up on their own.
06 - Place the wraps seam-side down in the warmed skillet. Cook for around 2 to 3 minutes until golden, then flip and do the same on the other side.
07 - You’ll know they’re ready when they’ve turned golden and the cheese inside has melted. The outside will be crispy at this point.
08 - Let the wraps rest for a minute, then cut each one at an angle in the middle. Serve them up right away while they’re crunchy and cheesy!

# Notes:

01 - Using rotisserie chicken is a huge time-saver and works great here
02 - Don't pack the wraps too much or they'll fall apart when you cook them
03 - If your skillet gets too hot, the outside might burn before the cheese has time to melt
