Cheeseburger Wraps in Air Fryer (Printable Version)

Crispy tortillas filled with cheesy, juicy burger flavors, air-fried to perfection in 20 minutes flat.

# Ingredients:

→ Protein & Base

01 - 4 large flour tortillas, burrito-sized (10 inches)
02 - 1 pound of ground beef, lean

→ Classic Burger Toppings

03 - 16 slices of dill pickles, dried off with a paper towel
04 - 1 tablespoon of ketchup
05 - 4 pieces of American cheese
06 - 1 tablespoon of creamy mayo

→ Seasonings & Finishing

07 - 1 tablespoon of melted butter
08 - 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
09 - ½ teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper
10 - ½ teaspoon of salt

# Steps:

01 - Get a big skillet hot over medium heat, toss in the ground beef, and sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir it around and break it up as it cooks until there's no pink left. Drain the extra grease and let it cool a bit.
02 - Pile the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover them with a wet paper towel, and warm them in the microwave for about 20-25 seconds. This keeps them from ripping when you roll them.
03 - Put a tortilla flat in front of you. Spread some mayo and ketchup across the middle, keeping the edges—around 2 inches—clear for easy folding.
04 - Add 4 pickle slices to the middle of each tortilla. Then place a slice of cheese on top, followed by around ½ cup of the cooked beef mixture.
05 - Take the bottom edge of your tortilla and fold it up over the filling. Tuck in both sides, and roll it up snugly from bottom to top. Keep everything nice and secure.
06 - Brush the wraps all over with melted butter. This will help create a golden, crispy surface when cooked.
07 - Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Put the wraps inside with the seam facing down. Let them cook for 5 minutes, and they'll come out crunchy and golden.
08 - If you'd like, brush on some extra melted butter for shine. Let the wraps cool slightly, then slice them at an angle and dig in while the cheese is gooey.

# Notes:

01 - Go for big tortillas—smaller ones won't fit everything.
02 - Dry off the pickle slices to stop the wraps from getting soggy.
03 - Warming your tortillas first stops them from cracking.
04 - Air fryers vary, so keep an eye on your wraps' cooking time.
