Bright Pink Bowl (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup frozen mango pieces
02 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
03 - 1 frozen banana (peel it before freezing!)
04 - 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
05 - 1 packet of frozen pitaya (dragon fruit)
06 - 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (like almond or coconut)

# Steps:

01 - Pop everything into your blender.
02 - Blend until the texture turns creamy and smooth.
03 - Pour the blended mixture into a bowl. Toss on your favorite toppings and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Pitaya is another name for dragon fruit.
02 - Fresh dragon fruit works too! Use 1/2 cup or about 100 grams.
