Nutella Cookie Dish (Printable Version)

A gooey Nutella-filled cookie with crispy edges. Perfectly soft inside and best enjoyed warm.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg
02 - ¾ cup chocolate chips
03 - 4 tbsp Nutella, to stuff inside
04 - ½ cup butter, browned lightly
05 - ½ tsp baking powder
06 - 1 cup plain flour
07 - 2 tbsp soft brown sugar
08 - ¼ cup white sugar

# Steps:

01 - Over medium, heat butter until it’s golden. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to cool.
02 - Whisk together the cooled butter with both sugars for 3 minutes. Mix in the egg and whisk once more.
03 - Blend in the baking powder, then switch to a spatula and gently fold the flour in.
04 - Once the dough has cooled, gently stir in the chocolate chips.
05 - Set the oven to 350°F (180°C). Separate the dough into 4 portions.
06 - Put half the dough into the bottom of each ramekin, pressing it flat and making a shallow dent. Spoon 1 tbsp of Nutella inside, then cover with the rest of the dough, sealing the edges together.
07 - Top with extra chocolate chips if you'd like. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden but still soft in the middle.
08 - Let them rest 5–8 minutes. Serve with a scoop of ice cream while warm.
