Crunchy wraps stuffed with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and burger-inspired seasoning. A playful snack or party favorite!

# Ingredients:

→ Filling Ingredients

01 - 1 small onion, minced
02 - 1 pound ground turkey or beef
03 - ¼ cup ketchup
04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - Salt and black pepper, adjust as needed
06 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

→ To Wrap and Cook

08 - 12 to 15 egg roll wrappers
09 - 1 beaten egg (used for sealing)
10 - Oil for frying

# Steps:

01 - Cook the onion and ground meat in a big skillet over medium heat. Stir while breaking the meat into small pieces, and drain any grease when done.
02 - Add in the shredded cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Cook until everything's mixed and gooey. Let it cool for a bit after removing it from the heat.
03 - Scoop 2 tablespoons of the filling and plop it in the center of a wrapper. Tuck the bottom corner over, fold the sides in, and roll up snugly. Dab a bit of egg along the top to seal.
04 - Warm your oil in a deep pan or fryer until it hits 350°F (175°C). You want the oil deep enough to fully submerge the rolls.
05 - Pop the rolls into the hot oil, but don’t overcrowd them. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden all around.
06 - Lift the rolls out with a slotted spoon and let them rest on paper towels to soak up extra oil. Enjoy them hot with your favorite dipping sauce, like mustard, ketchup, or a special blend.

# Notes:

01 - These crispy bundles pack all the classic cheeseburger goodness, so they're great for parties.
02 - Add chopped pickles to the stuffing for an extra burger vibe, or throw some pickles on the side when serving.
03 - Cool the filling completely before wrapping, or the wrappers might turn soggy.
04 - If frying isn’t your thing, bake them at 400°F for 15-20 minutes instead. They won't get as crispy, but they’ll still shine!
