3-Ingredient Cake (Printable Version)

With just whipped egg whites, smooth Greek yogurt, and a touch of flour, this fluffy cake is so simple and tasty you won’t believe it only needs three things.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 large eggs
02 - ¼ cup cornstarch (or use regular flour if gluten isn't an issue)
03 - 1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt (Greek yogurt is ideal)

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 6-inch round pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Crack the eggs and split the whites and yolks into two separate bowls.
03 - Mix the egg yolks and yogurt together until the texture is silky and smooth.
04 - Carefully sift in the flour and stir until the mixture is free of any lumps.
05 - Using a whisk or mixer, beat the egg whites until they form firm, fluffy peaks.
06 - Add the beaten egg whites to the yogurt mixture a bit at a time. Gently fold them in so the batter stays airy.
07 - Transfer the batter to your prepared pan. Spread it evenly on top, then bake for 30-35 minutes, or until it's golden brown and set in the middle.
08 - Let the cake cool completely before slicing. Feel free to sprinkle powdered sugar on top or add fresh fruit for serving.

# Notes:

01 - Want more flavor? Try adding a pinch of lemon zest or a dash of vanilla.
02 - Best toppings? Fresh berries, powdered sugar, or a drizzle of honey work great.
03 - Fridge life: Store it chilled for up to 3 days. Tastes even better cold.
04 - No flour at hand? Use cornstarch as a gluten-free alternative.
