Garlic Chicken & Spinach (Printable Version)

Juicy chicken in a smooth garlic sauce, paired with spinach. Done fast, on your table in 30 minutes.

# Ingredients:

β†’ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cups fresh spinach
02 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

β†’ Sauce

03 - 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
07 - 1/2 cup chicken stock

β†’ Seasonings

08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix

# Steps:

01 - Sprinkle Italian herbs, salt, and pepper over chicken breasts.
02 - Warm olive oil in a large pan. Cook chicken for 4-5 min on both sides till browned and done. Take it out and save for later.
03 - In the same pan, cook garlic till you can smell it. Pour in broth, cream, and Parmesan. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
04 - Toss spinach into the sauce and cook until soft. Add chicken back, making sure it’s coated in the creamy sauce.
