# Ingredients:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 32 ounces frozen tater tots
02 - ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
03 - 1 cup corn kernels
04 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
05 - ⅓ cup whole milk
06 - ¼ cup sour cream
07 - ½ pound ground beef (85/15 lean)
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - ⅔ cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
10 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and grab a 9x13 inch dish for baking.
02 - On medium heat in a large skillet, break apart the ground beef and cook it through until it’s completely browned and no pink is left.
03 - Toss the corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half of the cheese, sour cream, crumbled bacon, onion powder, and black pepper into the skillet. Stir well to combine everything.
04 - Layer the mixture from your skillet into the baking dish evenly. Sprinkle the leftover cheese on top, then arrange the tater tots in neat rows to cover everything.
05 - Pop the dish in the oven for 40-45 minutes. The tater tots should be crispy and golden on top.
06 - Take it out, sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the hot tater tots, then bake for about 5 more minutes until it melts.

# Notes:

01 - Give it 5-10 minutes to cool before serving so it sets up nicely and is easy to slice.
02 - If you prefer, you can switch frozen corn with fresh or canned corn—just make sure to drain the canned kind first.
03 - To save time, cook the bacon beforehand or use pre-cooked bacon bits!
