Set your oven to 375°F and grab a 9x13 inch dish for baking.

On medium heat in a large skillet, break apart the ground beef and cook it through until it’s completely browned and no pink is left.

Toss the corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half of the cheese, sour cream, crumbled bacon, onion powder, and black pepper into the skillet. Stir well to combine everything.

Layer the mixture from your skillet into the baking dish evenly. Sprinkle the leftover cheese on top, then arrange the tater tots in neat rows to cover everything.

Pop the dish in the oven for 40-45 minutes. The tater tots should be crispy and golden on top.

Take it out, sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the hot tater tots, then bake for about 5 more minutes until it melts.
