Cover a large rimmed baking sheet or jelly roll pan with a nonstick baking mat or parchment paper, then put it aside.

Turn your oven on to 325°F so it can warm up.

Place your mini pretzels in a big bowl. Combine the vanilla with the melted butter, pour that over the pretzels, and use a rubber spatula to toss everything until well coated.

Dust the cinnamon and sugar over your buttered pretzels, and toss again using the rubber spatula until everything’s evenly covered.

Spread the coated pretzels out on the lined baking tray. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Stir gently every 5-10 minutes using a heatproof spoon, so the pretzels don’t burn and everything bakes evenly.

Once the pretzels look dry, take them out of the oven and allow them to fully cool down. Then dig in and enjoy!
