Sweet Cinnamon Pretzels (Printable Version)

Mini pretzels baked to crispy perfection after being tossed with cinnamon, sugar, and melted butter. A quick, sweet, and salty snack you’ll love to munch on.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp cinnamon, finely ground
02 - ⅔ cup white sugar
03 - 1 tsp pure vanilla
04 - 10 tbsp melted unsalted butter
05 - 1 bag of mini pretzels (about 16 oz, slightly more or less works too)

# Steps:

01 - Cover a large rimmed baking sheet or jelly roll pan with a nonstick baking mat or parchment paper, then put it aside.
02 - Turn your oven on to 325°F so it can warm up.
03 - Place your mini pretzels in a big bowl. Combine the vanilla with the melted butter, pour that over the pretzels, and use a rubber spatula to toss everything until well coated.
04 - Dust the cinnamon and sugar over your buttered pretzels, and toss again using the rubber spatula until everything’s evenly covered.
05 - Spread the coated pretzels out on the lined baking tray. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Stir gently every 5-10 minutes using a heatproof spoon, so the pretzels don’t burn and everything bakes evenly.
06 - Once the pretzels look dry, take them out of the oven and allow them to fully cool down. Then dig in and enjoy!

01 - You’ve got to stir those pretzels every 5-10 minutes while baking to stop them from burning.
