# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 6 slices of fresh tomato
02 - 4 grilled chicken thighs without skin or bones (or any cooked chicken you like)
03 - 4 golden toasted sub rolls
04 - 6 crisp slices of thick bacon
05 - 2 cups finely shredded lettuce
06 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Seasonings and Dressing

07 - 1 tablespoon of a versatile bbq rub
08 - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
09 - 1/4 cup creamy ranch dressing
10 - 1 teaspoon of salt

# Steps:

01 - Sprinkle bbq rub all over the chicken, then grill on medium-high until the inside hits 165°F.
02 - In a skillet, crisp up the bacon. Toast the sub rolls on your grill until lightly browned.
03 - Lay down the lettuce on a cutting board. Add sliced chicken, bacon, and tomato on top. Chop it all together until well-blended.
04 - Mix in salt, pepper, ranch, and mozzarella cheese with your chopped pile, making sure it's even.
05 - One more quick chop and mix to ensure everything is combined nicely.
06 - Spoon the filling onto the sub rolls. You're ready to enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Rotisserie chicken leftovers work great to save time.
02 - Like it spicy? Add chopped jalapeños or a bit of hot sauce to the mix.
03 - You can swap mozzarella for cheddar or pepper jack if preferred.
04 - Perfect for meal prep—just store the filling separately from the bread till you're ready to eat.
