Make sure the strawberries are clean and completely dry before starting.

Put chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl safe for microwaves. Heat for 30 seconds at a time, mixing in between until it's creamy.

Mix the vanilla into the melted chocolate blend until well combined.

Coat each strawberry in the chocolate, shake off the extra, and add crushed nuts if you’d like.

Set the strawberries on a parchment-lined surface and pop them in the fridge for at least half an hour to let the chocolate firm up.
