Heat your oven to 325°F. Prep your 9x5 loaf pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Keep it nearby.

In another mixing bowl, stir the melted butter and sugars until they form a thick paste. Mix in the mashed bananas, then toss in the eggs, vanilla, and yogurt.

Add the dry mix to the wet mix and gently combine. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into your pan and smooth the top. Add extra chocolate chips on top if you’d like. Bake for 60-75 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with just a few damp crumbs.

Once baked, let it cool down completely before you pull it out of the pan. Keep it fresh in an airtight container at room temperature.
