Parmesan Chicken Bake (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 jar (32 ounces) of your favorite pasta sauce
02 - 4 ounces of grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 20 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1 pound of cooked, breaded chicken strips
05 - 1 pound of penne pasta

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - Chop up the cooked chicken into small, easy-to-eat chunks.
03 - Cook your penne in boiling water for about 9 minutes. It should still have a slight bite to it. Drain the water afterward.
04 - Throw the chicken, pasta, 20 ounces of mozzarella, all the Parmesan, and most of the sauce together in a big bowl. Keep about a cup of sauce aside for later. Stir until it's all mixed well.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish (9x13 inch). Pour the reserved sauce over the surface, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
06 - Stick the dish in the oven for 30 minutes. It's done when the cheese is melted and everything's hot all the way through.
07 - Take it out of the oven and serve it while it's still warm.

01 - Go with whatever chicken you like: fully cooked frozen strips, shredded rotisserie chicken, or cooked chicken breast.
