# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 teaspoon dried basil and parsley mix (or Italian seasoning blend)
02 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (optional)
03 - 3 tablespoons butter, split into two portions
04 - 8 ounces of egg noodles or any pasta you prefer
05 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
06 - Salt and black pepper to your liking
07 - A small bunch of fresh parsley, chopped for topping
08 - 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, diced into chunks
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

# Steps:

01 - Boil the pasta in salted water as per the package's directions, stopping once it's firm but cooked (al dente). Drain the water and set the pasta aside.
02 - Pour olive oil into a large pan and warm it up over medium heat. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the chicken bites. Put the chicken into the pan and cook it for about 5-7 minutes until it's browned and fully cooked. Take the chicken out of the pan and put it aside.
03 - Using the same pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter at medium heat. Toss in your minced garlic and seasoning mix, cooking for 1-2 minutes till you get a nice aroma.
04 - Add the noodles and the remaining tablespoon of butter into the pan of sauce. Stir well to coat the pasta thoroughly. Put the cooked chicken back in, mix well, and if you like, sprinkle Parmesan on top. Finish with freshly chopped parsley and serve while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Toss in veggies like steamed spinach, peas, or broccoli for more flavor and a health boost.
02 - Want to add some zest? Squeeze in fresh lemon juice just before serving for a bright punch.
03 - It tastes great the next day—just reheat and dig in!
04 - For a creamier sauce, mix 1/4 cup of heavy cream when melting the butter.
