06 - Bag of crinkle-cut frozen fries (28 oz)
07 - American cheese slices, 8 pieces
08 - 4 extra-large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)

→ Special Sauce Mix

09 - Half a cup of mayo
10 - 2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish
11 - A quarter cup of ketchup
12 - A tablespoon of yellow mustard
13 - 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
14 - A sprinkle of garlic powder (1/4 tsp)
15 - A small pinch of smoked paprika (1/4 tsp)

# Steps:

01 - Stir mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, relish, garlic powder, and paprika together in a bowl. Cover and chill it in the fridge until serving time.
02 - Cook crinkle fries in your oven or air fryer, following directions on the bag. Make sure they're crispy and golden, then set them aside.
03 - If you've got ground beef, shape it into 4 burger patties. If the patties are pre-made, just get them ready for the next steps.
04 - Melt butter in a hot skillet or flat griddle over medium-high. Toss in the onions and cook until they're soft. Add the burger patties when ready.
05 - Mash the patties flat against the surface using a spatula or a burger press. Spread a thin layer of mustard on top and sprinkle on your preferred seasoning.
06 - Let the patties cook until a crust forms on the bottom. Flip them over to finish cooking. Once done, slice them into smaller chunks.
07 - Spread some special sauce over each tortilla. Layer fries, burger pieces, 1 slice of cheese, grilled onions, another slice of cheese, and more sauce in the center.
08 - Roll each tortilla up tightly, tucking in the sides. Put the burritos seam-side down on a hot skillet and toast them on both sides until golden brown.
09 - Serve them right away while the cheese is gooey and the tortilla is crispy. They're a total comfort treat!

# Notes:

01 - The sauce is inspired by the In-N-Out secret menu creation.
02 - Be sure the fries are cooked crispy so they don’t get soggy in the wrap.
03 - Don’t overstuff the tortillas or they’ll tear when you roll them up.
04 - They’re best eaten fresh while they’re warm and crunchy.
