Cook crinkle fries in your oven or air fryer, following directions on the bag. Make sure they're crispy and golden, then set them aside.

If you've got ground beef, shape it into 4 burger patties. If the patties are pre-made, just get them ready for the next steps.

Melt butter in a hot skillet or flat griddle over medium-high. Toss in the onions and cook until they're soft. Add the burger patties when ready.

Mash the patties flat against the surface using a spatula or a burger press. Spread a thin layer of mustard on top and sprinkle on your preferred seasoning.

Let the patties cook until a crust forms on the bottom. Flip them over to finish cooking. Once done, slice them into smaller chunks.

Spread some special sauce over each tortilla. Layer fries, burger pieces, 1 slice of cheese, grilled onions, another slice of cheese, and more sauce in the center.

Roll each tortilla up tightly, tucking in the sides. Put the burritos seam-side down on a hot skillet and toast them on both sides until golden brown.
