In a big pan, cook the ground beef on medium heat until there's no pink left. Remove any fat that's in the pan.

Mix in the bacon crumbles with the beef. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and cooked pasta, then stir it all together.

Mix the cheddar in until it's melted and smooth. Toss in pickles now if you'd like them.

Add salt and pepper to your liking. Serve while warm, and feel free to top it with more cheese or bacon if you'd like.
