Hot Chicken Sliders (Printable Version)

Buffalo chicken mixed with ranch dressing, layered under melted cheese on fluffy Hawaiian rolls. Awesome for parties or a game night.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
02 - 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Franks)
03 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
04 - 2 Tbsp honey
05 - Pinch of black pepper
06 - 3 1/2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

→ Cheese

07 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
08 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, low moisture, grated fresh

→ Rolls & Topping

09 - 1 tsp garlic salt
10 - 4 Tbsp melted butter
11 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
12 - 12 King's Hawaiian Rolls

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, toss together chicken, honey, garlic, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and some black pepper.
03 - Cut the rolls in half and put the bottoms on the prepared sheet. Layer with the filling mixture, then the cheeses, and top with the other half of the rolls.
04 - Blend garlic salt and Italian seasoning into melted butter, and brush most of it over the roll tops.
05 - Wrap with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. After that, remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes. Brush on the remaining butter if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best fresh from the oven
02 - Stays good for 2 days if sealed up tight
03 - Freshly grated cheese melts way better than the bagged stuff
