Creamy Broccoli Rice Bake (Printable Version)

A cozy dish blending rice, cheesy broccoli, and a velvety sauce. Add crispy toppings for extra texture, if you'd like.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Shredded chicken (optional)
02 - Steamed broccoli florets
03 - Condensed cream of chicken soup
04 - Milk
05 - 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded, split
06 - Cooked rice

→ Seasonings

07 - Salt
08 - Pepper
09 - Onion powder
10 - Garlic powder

→ Optional Topping

11 - Melted butter, about 1 tablespoon
12 - 1/4 cup of crushed crackers or breadcrumbs

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch dish lightly.
02 - Stir together rice, broccoli, 1.5 cups cheddar, milk, soup, seasonings, and optional chicken in a big bowl.
03 - Spread the mixture into the greased dish and sprinkle the last 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
04 - Blend the melted butter with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers and scatter this over the casserole.
05 - Bake without a cover for 25–30 minutes until it's bubbly and the top is golden. Let it sit for 5 minutes before eating.
