Turn your oven to 350°F and let it heat up. Rub some grease on your muffin tin or pop some paper liners in.

Mash up your bananas in a big bowl. Mix them with the egg, milk, vanilla, and honey. Stir it all together until smooth.

Dump in the oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Give everything a good stir so it's blended well.

Gently toss the blueberries into the mix, folding just until they’re spread out.

Spoon the batter evenly into each muffin spot, filling only about 3/4 of the way. Want more berries on top? Go for it! Bake for 25-30 minutes, and check with a toothpick to see if they're done.
