Biscuits Gravy Bake (Printable Version)

A cozy mix of biscuits, sausage, crispy hashbrowns, cheese, and creamy gravy baked to a golden finish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb pork sausage (Jimmy Dean brand suggested)
02 - 1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1 can (16 oz) Pillsbury Grands! biscuits, buttermilk variety
04 - 3 cups frozen hashbrowns, shredded
05 - ½ tsp salt
06 - 2 cups milk
07 - ¼ tsp ground black pepper
08 - ½ tsp garlic powder
09 - 1 packet (2.75 oz) sausage gravy mix (e.g., McCormick)

# Steps:

01 - Heat the oven to 375°F. Coat a 9x13-inch pan lightly with some greasing.
02 - Throw the sausage in a frying pan and cook until fully browned with no pink spots. Drain off the grease.
03 - Evenly cover the bottom of the baking dish with frozen hashbrowns. Sprinkle the cooked sausage on top.
04 - Blend the gravy mix with cold milk until it’s lump-free. Spread this over the sausage layer evenly.
05 - Scatter the shredded cheddar cheese all across the layers in the dish.
06 - Quarter the biscuits and sprinkle the pieces on top, spacing them out evenly.
07 - Bake for about 25–30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and fully baked. Give it a 5-minute break out of the oven before you dig in.
