Heat the oven to 375°F. Coat a 9x13-inch pan lightly with some greasing.

Throw the sausage in a frying pan and cook until fully browned with no pink spots. Drain off the grease.

Evenly cover the bottom of the baking dish with frozen hashbrowns. Sprinkle the cooked sausage on top.

Blend the gravy mix with cold milk until it’s lump-free. Spread this over the sausage layer evenly.

Scatter the shredded cheddar cheese all across the layers in the dish.

Quarter the biscuits and sprinkle the pieces on top, spacing them out evenly.

Bake for about 25–30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and fully baked. Give it a 5-minute break out of the oven before you dig in.
