Combine mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, relish, and ketchup. Chill in the fridge for later.

Heat your oven to 400°F so it’s ready.

Stir together the ground beef, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a big bowl.

Spread the beef mixture into a flat layer on a foil-lined baking dish or pan.

Bake until done (10–15 minutes). Take out and drain the grease.

Brush melted butter over the buns’ tops. Sprinkle on sesame seeds. Toast for 3 minutes.

Cut the buns in half, keeping the tops aside. Spread half the sauce over the bottom buns.

Pile on lettuce, onion, pickles, burger slab, and finish with cheese. Add the extra sauce on top.

Put the bun tops on, cut into smaller portions, and serve them up.
