Mini Big Macs (Printable Version)

Turn a classic burger into fun sliders that are perfect for weeknights or gatherings.

# Ingredients:

→ Hamburger Patty Base

01 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
02 - ½ teaspoon pepper
03 - 2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1.5 lb ground beef
05 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder

→ Mini Burgers

06 - 12 dinner slider buns (or Hawaiian rolls)
07 - ½ head shredded iceberg lettuce
08 - 2 sliced pickles
09 - 2 tablespoon melted butter
10 - ½ small diced white onion
11 - 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
12 - 9 slices American cheese

→ Homemade Sauce

13 - 1 tablespoon relish
14 - 2 tablespoon mustard
15 - 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
16 - 2 tablespoon ketchup
17 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

# Steps:

01 - Combine mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, relish, and ketchup. Chill in the fridge for later.
02 - Heat your oven to 400°F so it’s ready.
03 - Stir together the ground beef, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a big bowl.
04 - Spread the beef mixture into a flat layer on a foil-lined baking dish or pan.
05 - Bake until done (10–15 minutes). Take out and drain the grease.
06 - Brush melted butter over the buns’ tops. Sprinkle on sesame seeds. Toast for 3 minutes.
07 - Cut the buns in half, keeping the tops aside. Spread half the sauce over the bottom buns.
08 - Pile on lettuce, onion, pickles, burger slab, and finish with cheese. Add the extra sauce on top.
09 - Put the bun tops on, cut into smaller portions, and serve them up.
