Berry Yogurt Bark (Printable Version)

A yummy chilled snack made with creamy Greek yogurt, juicy berries, and optional toppings like nuts or granola. Perfect for hot weather or hungry kids.

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup blueberries
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, optional
03 - ¼ cup granola, optional
04 - 2 tablespoons seeds or chopped nuts, optional
05 - 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, optional
06 - ½ cup sliced strawberries
07 - 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

# Steps:

01 - Stir the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a bowl if you'd like it sweeter.
02 - Cover a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly spread your yogurt on top, aiming for about a quarter-inch thick layer.
03 - Place the strawberry slices and blueberries on the yogurt. Add coconut flakes, granola, or nuts on top if you want. Gently press them down so they stick.
04 - Put the tray in the freezer and leave it there for a minimum of 3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm.
05 - Take the frozen yogurt out of the freezer and gently pull off the parchment. Snap it into pieces as big or small as you like.
06 - Eat some right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.

# Notes:

01 - Store frozen for a maximum of two weeks
02 - Easily swap out toppings or fruit to match your taste
03 - Has a creamier feel when using Greek yogurt over regular yogurt
04 - Pre-broken frozen pieces make it easy to grab and go
