Stir the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a bowl if you'd like it sweeter.

Cover a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly spread your yogurt on top, aiming for about a quarter-inch thick layer.

Place the strawberry slices and blueberries on the yogurt. Add coconut flakes, granola, or nuts on top if you want. Gently press them down so they stick.

Put the tray in the freezer and leave it there for a minimum of 3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm.

Take the frozen yogurt out of the freezer and gently pull off the parchment. Snap it into pieces as big or small as you like.

Eat some right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
