Stir together the chicken and BBQ sauce until it's coated all over.

Lay one tortilla down, scatter some cheese, add your BBQ chicken mix, sprinkle with onions and cilantro, then more cheese. Top with another tortilla.

Set a pan on medium-high heat. Cook the quesadilla until crispy and the cheese melts. Flip it and cook the other side the same way.

Slice it into either 4 or 6 wedges and pair it with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
